  Quantum mechanics, it is in everyday life! Water boils when heated (infrared). Heat is longer wavelength than visible lights. Visible lights are longer wavelength than X-rays. Wavelength: X-ray < Visible lights < Heat (infrared) Water is transparent. Transparent means interaction between visible lights and water is minimum. Thus, visible lights don’t effectively boil the water because interaction is minimum. But they interact with the molecules in human eyes. To see objects, we need visible lights. To boil the water, we need infrared. ==> Quantum mechanics is theories of lights and their interaction with given materials.

  Knowledge is something that is already known. Even if one has excessive knowledge, still behind because knowledge is the past. Leaders are the people who adventures unknown. When you learn how to fish from an expert, you learn the location and methods of fishing and will be able to catch fish. But this could make you become obsessed with the fun of fishing rather than exploring new places and researching new methods. Therefore, if you study to learn knowledge and skills (technology or techniques), you might be able to do a given job like a machine, but it will be very difficult to become a leader who has to make decisions based on thinking skills.
